Stayed at a lovely villa, made use of the pool after arriving early from a sleeper bus. The bedroom was fab and the breakfast was great. The location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants. Used the useful facilities like the laundry service and day trip leaflets. Went to the coconut cooking school and had an amazing diving day trip. Also rented a scooter with ease. Highly recommend this place!

Lovely place with a great pool to relax after a long journey. The bedroom was fabulous and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants. The staff were helpful and provided useful facilities such as laundry service and day trip leaflets. We also enjoyed the coconut cooking school and the diving day trip.

The tea and coffee in the room were not what we expected. The bed sheets had a bit of a "humidity" smell, possibly due to improper drying.

The staff were very good too make us feel welcome and taken care of. They even arranged a taxi for us when we arrived in the early hours of the morning. The breakfast was delicious and substantial, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the old town. The room was spacious, clean, and recently refurbished. The pool was a great place to relax and cool off.

We got amazing value for our money at Flamingo Villa. The room was large, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, and the staff, especially Thomas, Hellen, and Dad. Their hospitality made us feel like family, always there with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed.

The breakfast could have been improved by offering more variety.

Staying in Flamingo Villa Hoi An was amazing! Perfect location, friendly owner and staff, comfortable rooms. Peanut, the owner, gave great recommendations for things to see and try in Hoi An. Delicious traditional Vietnamese breakfast. Excellent service and care from the staff. Highly recommended!

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They greeted us warmly upon arrival and made us feel right at home. the BBQ dinner they organized on New Year's Eve was fantastic, and the food was delicious. the rooms were spotlessly clean and the hot water in the showers was heavenly. We also appreciated the helpfulness and kindness of Ms. Thuong, who even gave us some great coffee to take home.

That the pool was not open during our stay due to flooding from a typhoon. the staff were actively cleaning and refilling it, so it wasn't their fault.

Great location, close to old town. Fantastic breakfast and coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable airport pickup. Highly recommend.
